Bress Kitchen Closes for Winter
After an amazing season thanks to Ashley and Lynne in the kitchen and
Sue at Cellar Door we have now closed the Bress Kitchen for the winter.
Don't worry for the ladies are already trialling dishes for next season
when we re-open in October. I have been told that the menu will be
inspired by the cuisine of the South of France.
Whilst we may not
be able to feed you at Bress, I am organising a number of winemaker's
dinners in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Sydney over the next few
months and the first two for winter are both in Melbourne during June:
Lamaros, the South Melbourne Gastro
Pub institution, is hosting us on
Wednesday
23rd from 7.00pm. The price is $100.00 all inclusive and to
