We are able to cater for sit-down functions for up to 70 guests or stand up functions for up to 120. We have a variety of menu options and are happy to discuss tailoring the format of the function to suit your needs.
At Bress we aim to create a casual atmosphere of celebration so dining is a shared table experience with each course served on shared platters. Our menu is based on seasonal produce, grown in our biodynamic kitchen garden or sourced from local producers, and changes week to week. Quality ingredients, cooked simply is our cooking philosophy. Our menu is inspired by the rustic cuisine of the Mediterranean. The following menu options are available for functions.
Our Bress Fare menu typically starts with a sharing plate of 3 seasonal appetisers served with our freshly baked bread and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This is followed by a sumptuous dish slow-cooked in our wood-fired oven and accompanied by a fresh salad from our garden. We then serve something sweet to finish.
Cost is $40.00 for three courses
If you love meat slow-roasted in a wood-fired oven then choose our Slow Roast menu. This menu is similar to the Bress Fare menu but with a main course of lamb or pork slow-roasted in our wood- fired oven and served with roasted vegetables and a fresh salad from our garden.
Cost is $55.00 for three courses.
Our full size cricket pitch is proving to be a great hit so get a group together and have a fun day with family, friends, workmates or club!
*We are always happy to cater for any dietary requirements you or any member of your group may have, however, as we serve a set menu it is essential that you let us know about any dietary requirements in advance.
*A surcharge of $10 per person is charged for evening functions. Last drinks will be served at 10.45pm.

We have a number of options for you to choose from, such as our formal dinner option and cocktail party option, which can be tailored to suit your needs.
