One word to sum up vintage 2010:  Amazing

One sentence to sum up vintage 2010:  Moderate weather with no spiking temperatures and timely rainfall produced very evenly ripened fruit with amazing acid, pH and flavour balance.

Whether it is a birthday, anniversary, catch up with family and friends, a work function, or a wedding, Bress is the perfect venue for a function. At Bress we presently have the ability to offer sit down five course menus for up to 50 guests or a stand up function for up to 150. Menus and formats can be tailored to suit any event and nothing is really a problem.

It will be the first time we fire-up the pizza oven for the start of our restaurant re-opening, so feeding is on Bress!

On April Fool's Day we released our new vintage of the Heathcote Gold Chook Shiraz.
